Chief Financial Officer And Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of MultiVision Intelligent Surveillance Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following:

i) the appointment of Mr Gao XiangNong as Company Secretary and Chief Financial
Officer of the Company with effect from 31 August 2003.

ii) the resignation of Mr Mak Tin Sang as Company Secretary and Chief Financial
Officer of the Company with effect from 31 August 2003.

The details and declaration of Mr Gao XiangNong as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited are contained in a separate announcement made today.
